I thought I reached the end of the road today. The pavement ended; there was a short gravel road; and then nothing but pasture.
But when you meet an obstacle, you can stop and give up, or you can stop and figure out how you might overcome the obstacle. In this case, it was pretty easy. I put the car in reverse and went in another direction.
If only it was so easy to educate tens of millions of people about the government and judicial corruption in America.
I got some good photographs today. I love turning around to see a great sunset. I miss a lot of shots because I shoot so much from the moving Jeep. I just point and click a lot and hope for the best.
I shot four segments for Lawless America…The Movie today — Deadwood, Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, and Wall Drug. I tried to get a room in Mitchell tonight so I could do a short segment at the Corn Palace in the morning, but the motels were all full. I drove on to Sioux Falls — got here about 2 am.
The hearing is on July 25, and I plan to head straight to Missoula Montana for the Sean Boushie expose starting July 26.
I’m going to sleep.
